Rivershire Annual Maintenance Fee is $275.00.
Yearly maintenace fee is due by December 31 of the current year for the upcoming year. (Example: 2010 Maintenance Fee is due 12/31/09)
Rivershire Terms:
Payment is due by December 31, Service Charge and Interest will begin on January 1. A one time Service Charge is $27.50 and 10% per annum interest charged on unpaid balances.
We offer several options to make your payment:
A check payable to Rivershire Maintenance Funds, Inc. for the full amount, which can be mailed in or dropped off at the office located at 206 Scarborough Dr. There is a mail slot in the window to the left of the clubhouse door for your convenience.
If you would like to use a credit card we accept Visa and Master Card. We will do a one-time charge for the full amount.
We are also set up to do a monthly electronic payment from your checking account. In order to get a monthly electronic payment taken out of your account you will need to stop by the office before December 31 with a voided check and fill out the proper paper work.
Ther is a $25.00 Service Charge for Monthly Electronic Payment. Due to increased bank fees Rivershire will now have to charge a $25.00 fee for the year to cover this service. So it would be your maintenance fee of $275.00 plus service fee of $25.00. If you would like to do this it would be a deduction of $30.00 a month for ten (10) months, taken on the 15th of each month starting in January of the new year.
