This is very new in the development so we will are still open to place, date, and time.

This would be an evening of Fellowship and Fun, we hope to hear from you soon.

Pool Card

This is to remind you that everyone who enters the pool area must have a Rivershire Pool Card. 

Pool Cards may be obtained by homeowners in Rivershire that are in good standing with the sub-division.  

Should you need new pool passes or replace a lost card they are $5.oo per card.  If you have your old pool cards you will just need to obtain your new “2009″ sticker.  Stickers are $1.00 each.  

If you need cards made please contact the office by phone, 936-539-6028 (you can leave a message), email Rivershire@consolidated.net or just stop by.  Please remember it takes time to make each card so it will help if you can call or email as to how many cards your family will need.  (Remember you may have one for each person living in your home.)

If you have cards that need stickers you can drop them in the mail slot any time and I will replace the sticker.  Just let me know if you will be coming back by to pick them up during regular office hours (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM) or if I will need to return them to you by mail.

BE AWARE OF A SCAM IN RIVERSHIRE

On March 9, 2009 a notice was placed on the doors of the homes in Rivershire.  It was a pink door knob notice, it read:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the water quality in this ara, we will be installing whole-house water treatment filters.

AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU!

Simply fill out the form on the back and replace it at the same spot you found it by 10:00 AM. tomorrow.  We will pick up the form and call you with 24 hrs to make arrangements to get your filter installed.

The back of the form asks for you to give your name, phone, and address.  It also asks you to tell them when the best time to contact you by phone is?

THERE IS NO COMPANY NAME OR CONTACT NUMBER, THE CITY OF CONROE DID NOT PUT THESE OUT.

IF YOU DID FILL OUT THE FORM:

I did contact the City of Conroe Police and they do know about the fliers, unfortunately they can not do anything unles something happens.  If you do give them money or worse get broken into and filled out this flier.  YOU NEED TO CALL THE POLICE AND REPORT IT ASAP.
